I like all holidays but Halloween if done properly is especially fun. I use to love to dress like a witch, play scarey music, and leave the door open then jump out with a witch’s laugh as they approached the door. Some ran and didn’t come back, some ran just a short ways and came back, and many slung their candy all over the yard as they ran. OK I still love it and have some of the greatest masks for this.
Kids don’t get to trick or treat quite like they use to in the old days but they still need a goodie bag or treat bag whether they go to a Halloween carnival or trick or treat in a safe neighborhood. So I redesigned my website, One Stop Shoppe, earlier. It is still fairly simple, which is the way I like things, but it isn’t quite as simple as it had been. If you came to my blog in some way other than via my site, then please take a moment and stop by to see the changes that I made.
I also spent some time designing a few things for two of my galleries. One item I am rather pleased with is a drawing I made of one of my daughters and turned it into a poster/print. It isn’t fancy, but I do like the way it turned out. I call it Daydreaming…See it here. I need to draw my other four kids now. Maybe I will make that the next thing that I do. BTW - I drew the picture of my daughter in Corel Painter Essentials 4 using charcoal and pastel chalk. My drawing tool of choice was, as usual, my Wacom Bamboo Fun Pen and Tablet!
Well, I have a lot of catching up to do… Lots of things to design and create. I took the summer off and so I am far behind, especially now that there are new paper products to create. Anyways… I will try to keep this blog updated more often..which may not be a good thing! lol This blog was initially meant to only discuss my works, etc, but I just may use it to talk about other things, too! We’ll just have to see!

Just created a 2010 calendar,with some of my most popular products/images…go take a looksee
I have started making Squidoo pages. My latest page features 2010 calendars from a variety of Zazzlers. I am constantly amazed at the level of talent that can be found on Zazzle.
I said I would re-open once I reached 50 products. I lied.

This card was created a short time ago and has to be one of my favourite images…..seems that all Zazzlers and visitors think so too as it was voted for TBA and top 10 postcard views.
I have not been very good at keeping this blog updated,so really need to try and make posting a regular thing, at least a few times a week. August saw my shop as a featured store which bought a alot of visits, and I had quite a few TBAs, which is always uplifting, but funnily enough not alot of sales, but I am not worried at the moment as I am sure things will pick up in time.
There is still quite alot to learn about how this wordpress blog works and I shall spend some time getting to grips with it.
